Current research

Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC)

ADRC is a robust control strategy that enables the estimation and real-time compensation of internal and external system disturbances. Actively rejecting these disturbances improves the system's precision and responsiveness, making it particularly useful for robotic applications characterized by nonlinear and time-varying dynamics.

Control Systems in Mobile Robotics

Control systems in mobile robotics are fundamental for achieving precise navigation, stability, and proper task execution. These systems process information from sensors and generate the necessary signals for actuators, enabling the robot to interact reliably with its environment, even under dynamic or uncertain conditions.

Satellite control verification using SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), PIL (Processor-in-the-Loop), and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) environments enables the progressive validation of attitude determination and control algorithms, ranging from purely computational simulations to tests involving actual hardware. Such verification platforms serve as testbeds that simulate space conditions, allowing for the evaluation of orientation control strategies within a safe, controlled environment. This approach makes it possible to detect errors, optimize system performance, and enhance reliability prior to deployment in actual space missions.
