One of the cornerstones of the Transdisciplinary Laboratory since its founding is the respect and integration of all individuals, whether students, researchers, professors, or collaborators, within a framework of acceptance, generating and providing safe spaces so that everyone can develop comprehensively regardless of any situation that could lead to discrimination.

At the UPIITA Transdisciplinary Laboratory, we actively seek to implement the human rights conventions and treaties to which Mexico is a party, as well as those contained in our Constitution, along with the human rights recognized by the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) and the Declaration of Polytechnic Rights.

This safe space, the UPIITA Transdisciplinary Laboratory, allows you not only to "be here" but to "be yourself" without reservation, promoting the comprehensive development of our students in an environment of equal conditions. Here, we are not concerned about your birth circumstances, race, skin tone, gender identity and expression, language, religion, political or other opinions, ethnic or social origin, economic status, different abilities, or any other highly personal condition or circumstance.
